The Other Half of Memorial Day

After we spent the afternoon with the Lindsey family, we joined neighbors and friends for a poolside BBQ.  The kids LOVED being able to swim. 

All three of the girls tried out and made summer swim team so this was the first of many hours of being in the pool.  They love it!

Three of my favorite people in the world, these three girls.  I love them like crazy even when they make me crazy.  :)  Taylor is my sweetheart, first to give hugs and say sweet things.  Alyssa is my determined, fiercely independent pre-teen who has a huge heart for helping others.  Jessica is our sunshine ... just happy and smily and carefree.

 

And these are some other girls I love!  Just a few of my friends who were there.
