I remember as a little girl helping my mom make applesauce ... it was more fun then! But its still kind of fun to hang out with my mom and sister and do things. Even if it is a lot more work than I remember as a kid! :) My girls love helping too - they help crank the apples on the peeler/corer. They do a GREAT job! You gotta love our aprons too! Kept us clean though!
