Time with Karianna!

This summer our girls have had some fun outings with Karianna. Whether it is at our house, at McD's, Liberty Land or getting glitter toes, our girls love spending time with Karianna. They also love it when she joins our family on outings. We have been so fortunate to have great babysitters for our girls - 3 that have been consistent and our girls have loved every one of them - Jessica, Krystal and now Karianna. We still see both Jessica and Krystal every now and then and my girls are always glad to see them. Karianna currently works about 15 hours a week for me plus still babysits one weekend night a week usually. Here are some of the pics she has shared with me that she has taken this summer!

Karianna took Jess and Taylor to McDonalds one night while Steve and I were on date night. Alyssa was at a party so instead of ordering pizza, we gave her money for McD's. They loved it!

For Alyssa and Taylor's birthday, Karianna took all 3 girls out to Liberty Land. They played miniature golf and had lots of fun (plus got little presents from her!)

A couple of weeks ago, Karianna called just before she was supposed to come babysit. She asked if the girls could go get glitter toes with her. Karianna's sister does hair and now glitter toes. She was practicing and wanted toes to practice on! How fun!! She came and picked them up and they all got glittered! Jessica's are the little red toes at the top, Taylor's are the purple toes, then Karianna's are blue at the bottom, Alyssa's are pink and Dannielle's (Karianna's sister who did their toes) are the dark purple.

How lucky are my girls!!

Story: The other day, somehow Steve and I got talking about little girls at wedding receptions. I was saying how cute it is to have little girls dressed all pretty at a wedding reception - little flower girls. We started thinking about our own girls' weddings and who would be the little girls all dressed to match at their receptions. I suggested that maybe when Alyssa gets married, Karianna will have little girls that will get to be a part of Alyssa's wedding. Of course, it all depends on how soon Karianna meets the love of her life and marries him, how soon she has kids, where she is at that point in her life and when Alyssa gets married too. But ... in my head it is a cute vision. :) I hope that we have that kind of relationship with Karianna that she will always be a part of our lives. I really think we do!
